Clouds reflect on the Crystal Clear Waters of Clemons Pond
Stanley Pond, Big Clemons Pond and Little Clemons Pond are the jewels of the Sebago Lake Region. Small in size, this chain of lakes offer undisturbed shoreline and natural habitat. You’ll find rare lakefront property on these beautiful, quiet ponds with very few motor boats. Views of the surrounding hills and mountains are breathtaking. To date, no invasive species have been found on any of these ponds.

Hiram is a quaint village along the
Saco River. This peaceful and quiet location is perfect for a vacation getaway, yet it’s close to outlet shopping and outdoor recreation found in
North Conway, NH. In Hiram, you’ll find the Ossipee Valley Fairgrounds, where the annual fair is held at the beginning of July, while the
Ossipee Valley Music Festival is held at the end of July. The
Saco River Festival performs regularly during the summer at the bandstand in neighboring Cornish. And we highly recommend dinner at
Krista’s restaurant before attending a concert.
