“Musical: Something Rotten!,” Collins Center for the Arts, Orono

Nov. 23-25, Friday-Sunday, 10am-6pm/Fri. and Sat, 10am-4pm/Sun, “Anna Shrine-Feztival of Trees,” fully decorated trees donated by organizations and businesses will be displayed throughout the event. The public is invited to come and see this extravaganza of trees, as well as some special displays benefiting the Christmas Theme. A Sign designating the name of your Business or Organization will be prominently displayed with your tree throughout the even. Raffle tickets will be available for sale so that the viewers may enter their tickets in the hopes of winning a beautiful tree. Each tree’s winner gets to take it home, fully decorated and all ready for the holidays. Santa will be here for all hours we are open with your photo of one, to all your family in the photo (donation only for photo). Nov. 23, Friday, 7pm, “Black Friday Bluegrass Concert,” the show will feature Max Silverstein joining performers Take2 and Dirigo Express. Silverstein is a senior studying bluegrass fiddle performance at East Tennessee State University, and is playing with the ETSU Bluegrass Pride Band and Dreamcatcher Bluegrass. Take 2 are Adelaide and Amelia Morgan and this will be a farewell show of sorts before they move out of state in January, Next Generation Theatre, Center Street, Brewer.
