“Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun,” Footlights Theatre, Falmouth

Jan. 19-21, Thursday-Saturday, 7pm/Thurs, 7:30pm/Fri, “Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun,” an emotionally-charged play that explores the relationships between a son and his mother, and a woman, that is about to have her life changed by them both. Jan. 20, Friday, 12pm/access to mountain, 5:30pm/race starts, “Ski and Snowboard Benefit for Kids with Cancer,” an evening of friendly slalom competition in support of The Maine Children’s Cancer Program (MCCP). Skiers/snowboarders of all ages are welcome to attend, with proceeds directly benefitting area children and families who are fighting cancer and blood disorders. Top racers will be awarded prizes, including USSA Gold Passes with round-trip airfare to Colorado and tickets to a Red Sox game at Fenway with transportation to and from the game. Not a skier?
