Dec. 31, Thursday, 7pm-12:30am, “New Year’s Eve Gala,” is ticket includes a seated and served dinner consisting of Bacon wrapped scallops, stuffed mushrooms, Salad, Main Meal of Chicken Francaise OR Prime Rib with roasted red potatoes and veggies, desserts, your choice of Chocolate Lava Cake, Cheese Cake or Sorbet. After dance the night away to the rocking tunes of The Shack all while noshing on pass around Hors d’ourves that will appear on trays being circulated through the guests throughout the night. Finally at midnight, grab your party hat, you partner and your complimentary Champagne to toast the coming of 2016 and all the hope it includes for a promising new year….seal that with a kiss. Dec. 31, Thursday, 7pm-1am, “New Year’s L/A,” the doors and bar open for this fun and elegant evening at 7 p.m. Prepared by our professional staff, a delicious buffet dinner will be served from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. After the buffet, guests will dance to the music of “Every Other Sunday”, one of Maine’s hottest new bands, from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. Just before midnight, all guests will be invited to the Performance Hall for the Times Square Countdown to 2016 on the big screen, with our own “balloon drop” and champagne toast at midnight.
