Ornery homeowner David Stillman is taking a stand. Actually, he is sitting atop a pile of junk in his front yard covered by a big, blue tarp. This lawn ornament is an affront to seasonal neighbor Gail Pritchard who wants to transform the small coastal town of Clara into her vision of what such a place should be.
