Sept. 5, Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., “Under One Roof: Photographs by Margaret Lindsay and Drew Sanborn,” “Under One Roof: Photographs by Margaret Lindsey and Drew Sanborn” at Frost Farm Gallery. Opening reception, meet and greet the artist on Friday, September 5, from 5-8pm. Live acoustic music by Brad Hooper. Free, light refreshments. Sept. 4, Thursday, 8:00 p.m., “A Waltzing for Dreamers,” Singer-songwriter and guitarist Buddy Greene is known for his unique musical hybrid of country, bluegrass, folk, gospel and traditional blues. Hailed as one of Nashville’s finest harmonica stylists, he will be joined by good friend, accordion and piano player Jeff Taylor of the Time Jumpers. Between the two of them they’ve played with Nashville’s finest including Elvis Costello, Paul Simon, Harry Connick Jr., Vince Gill and Ricky Skaggs. Recording guitarist Jim Prendergast, who has performed as a side man with almost every Grand Ole Opry star and recorded with many legendary Nashville musicians will join the duo for a show described as part jam session, church house revival and a journey through musical history.
