Picturesque Naples, Maine, is set between Brandy Pond and Long Lake

Still water on Long Lake in Naples, Maine

A small picturesque village situated between Brandy Pond and Long Lake, with access to Sebago Lake, Naples, Maine, is a boaters’ paradise.  From here, you can travel 40-50 miles via boat. Four marinas offer boat slips as well as boat, kayak and jet ski rentals: Causeway Marina, Moose Landing Marina, Naples Marina and Long Lake Marina. Sailing school and rental services are available from Sebago Sailing.

The Songo River Queen II, an authentic replica of a Mississippi paddle wheeler, makes seasonal daily trips on Long Lake.
On the Causeway, the Casino Building has been a landmark since 1901. Over the years it has been used for political rallies, dances, fairs, movies and other social gatherings. Today it’s home to Rick’s Cafe. Other eateries include Sandy’s Flight Deck, Freedom Cafe, Bray’s Brew Pub  and the Naples Lobster Pound.
Unique shops such as the Country Sleigh and Sweet Laurel offer gifts and galleries to explore. Antiques can be found at  Antique Revival.
You can learn about the Chinese Idol at the Naples Historical Society, located on the Green. Or shop for gently used books at the Naples Public Library.
Golf at the Naples Country Club or play miniature golf at Steamboat Landing or Starboard Green Mini-Golf courses. For more adventure, go for a seaplane ride with North Country Scenic Rides or take a wakeboard or waterskiing lesson from the pros at Sunsports +.
Community events include the Maine Blues Festival, held on Fathers Day weekend every year. Many folks line the Causeway for the July 4th parade and fireworks that night.  In August, the Mountainview Woodies Classic Boat Club hosts its annual antique boat show. The Naples Winter Carnival takes place on Long Lake in February with two days full of fun activities including games, rides, an ice fishing derby, radar run and fireworks.
Owning lakefront property is this community means you can enjoy four seasons of activity.
