Feb. 10, Saturday, 5:30pm, “Annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre- When Harry Terminated Sally,” “Dirt” Harry Humperdinck, the singing detective, has his eye on the prize-but “Princess” Baby Buttercup has no plans to be anybody’s trophy bride. Except for maybe Johnny “Favourite” Castille…but why is he late to the dance? And what does the mysteriously elusive Six-Fingered Man have to do with the rapidly rising body count? It’s time to sharpen your mullets, comb up that big hair and dig out your parachute pants and polka dots for Hallowell Open Theater Troupe’s murderous homage to all of your favorite 80’s movies. Guests are encouraged to dress for the times in their best 1980’s showstopping outfit, or even as a specific 1980’s movie character. Hors D’oeuvres and cash bar from 5:30-6:15, including Spanakopita, Raspberry and Brie Cheese bites in a phyllo dough, and a selection of fresh fruits and bites. Ever wanted to go to The Gracie Theatre and see what all the buzz is about? Ever wanted to see local entertainment television be produced first hand? Ever just want to get out of the house and leave the chores for another night? NOW YOU CAN! “The Nite Show with Danny Cashman” is filmed before a live studio audience at The Gracie Theatre at Husson University in Bangor.
