Dec. 31, Thursday, 9-11:59pm, “New Year’s Eve with The Work Trucks,” Brendan Lake is a singer/songwriter and small boat adventurist who has sailed his ships and sung his songs for audiences in harbor towns on the east coast from Maine to the Florida Keys, in Europe and the Azores. He played all around the San Francisco Bay area while living aboard his schooner and gained notoriety there as a solo act. Jan. 3, Sunday, 11am-1pm, “Guitarist Randy Lindsey,” variety of music, The University of Alabama in Huntsville awarded Randy his BA in Music Education with a Performance Certificate in Classical Guitar in 1981. After teaching guitar at the University of North Alabama from 1983 to 1992, Randy earned a Master of Musical Arts degree in Performance in Classical Guitar (1994), and pursued his studies in Classical Guitar Performance as a doctoral candidate thru 1996. Randy’s college teaching experience includes instructing applied classical guitar majors, and guitar elective students, along with conducting guitar classes and guitar ensembles, The Inn At Brunswick Station, Noble St, Brunswick.
