Mar. 27, Friday, 6:30pm, “Trekkapalooza,” this year’s “Battle of the Bands” competition will feature a Beatles theme with six exciting and energetic acts. The line-up includes three bands that are new to Trekkapalooza. Making their debut performance will be four-member band Fading Dawn, a rock and roll band with drums, base, guitar, keyboard and vocals. Another first-time Trekkapalooza participant will be Galactic Seagulls, a band comprised of sophomores, juniors and seniors from Oceanside High School East playing classic rock and blues music.
